On January 26, 2010 Carlo Notari, President of our Chapter, passed away after a difficult surgery.
Driven by a strong commitment to honor his memory and, at the same time, continue to provide the best services to our community, the Board of Directors of our Chapter has decided to apply the Article V, Section 7 of our Bylaws which states that: 'In the event that the President is unable or unwilling to complete the current term of office, the Vice President Organization shall assume the duties and office of the President for the remainder of the term'.
Therefore, Michele Maritato is now acting as Deputy President of the PMI-NIC, until December 31, 2010.
